My first encounter with Julie Servis was when I made an appointment to look at a Suffield condo in an association on the Connecticut river. I was hoping to move to the area, and wanted to check out the market. Among other questions, I asked about the flood insurance requirements for the unit. Not only did I get a response that it was not in a flood zone, but Julie sent a map, showing me the official flood zoning. I was immediately impressed with her thorough research and ability to communicate. That was over a year ago, and late this spring I was ready to make the move up north. I chose Julie to help sell my house in Bolton and I was not disappointed. She gave me good advice on photographer, staging, and asking price. When the appraisal came in less than expected, she went to bat for me and obtained a better appraisal, and I was able to sell my house for a very nice price. Julie basically held my hand throughout the buying and selling process. I was very nervous dealing with these large amounts of money and unfamiliar processes. Julie is a perceptive person, and her calm demeanor put me at ease. My experience with her has been excellent, and I have recommended her to others.
